MOVE is a bold and dynamic show, fusing the cultures of Highland piping, contemporary dance, hip hop, Bboy, jazz and funk.

Featuring a cast that includes some of Scotland’s foremost dancers and musicians and showcases some of the up and coming young musicians of Argyll, MOVE is a high energy concentrate of Highland tradition and urban beats that is genuinely unique.

Recording industry names John Saich (Wild Biscuit), Neil Primrose (Travis), multi instrumentalist Fraser Fifield and John Goldie are joined by experienced and novice pipers and drummers from Argyll in a rework of traditional and familiar Highland pipe music, together with new compositions by members of the cast.

All this provides the setting for Tony Mills’ exclusive choreography and his dance crew Random Aspekts in a show that’s effortlessly cool, sassy and in a groove of its own.
