:92 Miles to Glasgow for 32 Miles:

Mid Argyll's top melodic songsmiths 32 Miles to Breakfast began work on their latest CD at CAVA Sound Studios in Glasgow. As one of the UK's premier recording studios, CAVA has a rock & roll alumni of clients, including Texas, Belle & Sebastian, Franz Ferdinand and Mogwai. The expertise of engineer Geoff Allan ensured a memorable session for 32 Miles as drummer Scotty Rolland laid down some remarkable high energy drum takes. The five-track EP, produced by Wild Biscuit Music, will be completed back at base in Argyll and will showcase the band's instantly recognisable anthemic style.

The last few months have seen 32 Miles to Breakfast rapidly gathering pace, not least with appearances at Dunstaffnage Festival and Go HI in Inverness. The forthcoming CD release, a culmination of hard work and determination by all the band members, looks set to consolidate the band's growing reputation as they plan to venture further afield with more festival appearances throughout 2007.
